Soros Economic Development Fund invests along the life cycle of enterprises, investing both directly in companies and indirectly through funds. This means that our investments range from seeding early-stage enterprises or business lines; to financing the scale-up of enterprises with proven potential; to sustaining enterprises that need our support to continue delivering social value.
We have significant flexibility in the size of the investments we can make, but in general currently focus on those with a total envelope of between $3 million and $10 million per investment.
